An update from Houdini Llewellin Setters:

At this time Julie and I are very excited to announce that we have assumed full ownership of Houdini Llewellin Setters! We have had a wonderful partnership with our good friends Greg and Carla Fryar; they have taught us alot about owning a successful breeding kennel and more about this wonderful Llewellin Setter breed.

Since the original purchase in May 2005 we have made sure each dog we plan to breed has passed several health clearances so we are breeding only the best dogs to produce the best possible puppies and continue the Houdini Legacy, producing the same "high quality" hunting/home companions that have been produced in the past.

Greg and Carla plan to concentrate on their own personal dogs and continue to operate their other businesses. High Fly'n Kennels Gun Dog Training where Greg does a wonderful job with all gun dogs and has a special knack for the Llewellin temperament and training method. Carla will continue to help Greg with a couple personal litters of pups each year spending time with the dogs in North Dakota and run her Great Clips salons. Julie and I will continue to operate R & J's Rooster Ranch a small hunting preserve with dog training grounds. We have split our partnership on great terms; we look forward to our continued friendship; our relationship with all of you and our future with Houdini Llewellins.
